Revival and True Spiritual Awakening

This word came while preparing for the Women in Leadership conference in San Antonio, Texas:

What is the answer?

Recently, as I was prepping for a speaking engagement in San Antonio, TX, the Father woke me up early and began to speak to me about my testimony, because I was going to share a bit of it during the conference.

My testimony isn't how I came to Christ. It's how Christ revived me, and how He led me through a spiritual awakening, reminding me how it all started: in my full surrender.

And a question began to stir in me: what is the answer to revival?

Repentance? That is certainly an aspect of it! Yes! But there is another aspect I'd like to bring to you today.

During this encounter I had a vision of the Holy Spirit as a child in a classroom, sitting eagerly at a desk. He's raising his hand, waving it, ready to give the answer, excited and getting antsy in his chair. Pick me, pick me!! I have the answer!! I know the answer!!

(I love how the Father has such a sense of humor!)

As I sat there laughing and quietly giggling, I asked Him, what are you telling me? Why are you showing me this? The Holy Spirit responded and said:

Surrender and childlike faith.

At that moment the word of the Lord began to flow:

"Come to me my dear ones, come to me my children. Let me restore, renew, refresh your weary souls.

For I am the God of all Ages, the one who is, the one who was, and the one who is to come.

Let me renew, refresh, restore your joy and your childlike faith.

Come take my hand like a young child would instinctively grasp the hand of their parent before walking across a busy parking lot.

Come take my hand and let's walk out this divine life I have chosen for you!

Childlike faith is the key, and I have it for you my dear children.

I AM a GOOD Father, AND I will NEVER fail you!"

Thank you Jesus.

Situations in life, and people, can cause so much disappointment that it turns into hope deferred, making our hearts sick and our souls weary and heavy. We lose sight, or end up with a distorted view of who God the Father is, and we lose hope in Him and let go of Him. But today, He is saying: surrender all. Take my hand once again. Let me renew your childlike faith so I can revive you! So we can walk out the destiny I have planned for you!

Surrender and childlike faith is the key! Take hold of Him today. He will never fail you!

I pray this encourages you to fully surrender all to Him, because when you do, you will see Him flip your life right-side up, in Jesus name!
